Stamatia Sterpi specialises in civil, commercial and corporate law, with particular expertise in the incorporation and legal support of Greek and offshore shipping companies, as well as in the sale and purchase of real estate, seagoing vessels and yachts. She also handles maritime and commercial disputes, interim measures, and the domestication and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards. She has previously served as a public prosecutor at the Piraeus Naval Court.

She graduated from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds an LL.M. in Maritime Law from City University, London. She is a member of the Piraeus Bar Association.
